  I moved to Austin when I was sixteen years old. Becoming an adult in this city I learned the importance of community and sustainability. I have been in the service industry my whole life. I bartended for Ztejas for fourteen years in the restaurant and private party room. I started at Direct Events in 1995. I was the bar manager for The Austin Music Hall, La Zona Rosa & The Backyard.
