  Responsible for the overall operations of the CHCYMCA Branch, YMCA at Meadowmont, The Children’s Center at Carol Woods and Camp Clearwater. Accountable for an operating budget of $4.5 million which grew an average of 9% annually from 2001 - 2014. Supervised 3 Senior Directors, 5 Program Directors and accountable for 10 additional Program Directors and 7 full time teachers. Lead the staff component of our Association’s strategic planning efforts. Staff leader for our annual We Build People Fundraising Campaign which grew from $25,000 - $210,000 over six years. Founding Coalition Director of a 3-county initiative on the awareness and prevention of child sexual abuse in partnership with Darkness to Light. Secured $80,000 in grant funds to support this initiative. Successfully collaborated with Chatham County School Board and Superintendent to provide after school programming for over 500 participants in 13 elementary and middle schools. Negotiated with the Orange County Manager and the Parks and Recreation Department to provide collaborative programs to a previously underserved segment of our service area.
