  Kim is a Manager within the Strategy and Human Capital Practice of RSM McGladrey’s Great Lakes unit. Prior to joining the McGladrey team, she worked in consulting since 2002 primarily with a boutique consulting firm. She is currently an affiliate faculty member at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she teaches both Statistics and Foundations of Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology to graduate students.
