I use the customers database as well as a training database to demonstrate various tasks. Duties include: 1. Customers purchase a Training Voucher and then redeem them as and when they require training. These can also be converted into online sessions so that the customer can have four 2 hour sessions via the internet, ideal to refresh knowledge or concentrate on a particular element. 2. I am also responsible for our online Training Academy where customers can partake in courses, have knowledge checks and take a final quiz. I maintain the existing courses and aim to upload a new course once a month. These are on subjects that customers request and are approximately 20 minutes long. They focus on subjects such as handy hints and tips or setting up validation. 4. We have an online user manual which I update with any changes that occur following our monthly releases. This involves liaising with our developers ahead of release to understand what the changes are. 5. As a company we have Regional Support Groups each year, in approximately 8 locations, including Belfast, Manchester and London. A large part of the day is training, therefore I attend all of these and train a group of between 15 – 30 people. We also have a User Group Conference once a year which is held in Milton Keynes. This is attended by as many of our customers as possible and I have various training sessions during the day - including a demonstration on stage of our product. Show less
