  As CEO and manager of GamersLeague eSports me and my team managed to build a tier one organization from nothing and this is one of my proudest achievements in esports. With more than 40 individuals winning national titles and several top 3 placements in EU tournaments with next to no backing we had an amazing run and managed to show everyone that scouting talent was what we did best.
