As an older person who valued fitness and athleticism, I found it difficult to find a health partner who understood my pains, my injuries and my frustrations with how these pains and injuries were impacting my active lifestyle. Until I found Kim Elia. Within 10 minutes of my first meeting (several years ago) I began to realize I was not a patient number anymore. I was a person with a passion for activity talking to another person with a passion for activity who just so happens to have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and knows how to use it with compassion. Kim listens intently, asks diagnostic questions, and encourages an open dialogue about your diagnosis, its causes, potential solutions and how to implement them. Your time with her will be the closest to real personal

I met Kim after having a failed attempt and getting physical therapy help at another office. Kim is very knowledgeable and can explain what she knows so that her patients can understand what's happening. I had suffered from a back injury involving my sciatic nerve that numbed my left leg. I had a tough time walking and climbing stairs. Kim explained to me what was happening with my body and what I needed to do in order to be able to move normally again. I found Kim very patient, kind and empathetic in a moment of time when I needed it most. I was so impressed by her expertise and professionalism that I recommended her to another friend of mine who also had a bad back injury. She's the best in her field and I would recommend her to anyone I know who needs help recovering from an injury.
