As a graduate NLP Coach from the Academy, she was able to bring solid coaching skills, organizational skills in managing the teaching assistant team, along with a multi-cultural class, representing 15 different nationalities.       My role as L&D Manager at Actelion, gave me the opportunity to use my organization and talent development skills to facilitate development opportunities available to employees. Partnering with the primary vendor for the leadership development program, I co-facilitated the high potential program, which used assessments, simulations, role-play, feedback, and coaching to generate development plans for employees targeted for future leadership roles. Conducting a needs analysis of the current cohort leadership program, created relevant content changes, a streamlined assessment process integrated into the performance management 360 process, and a process to capture historical and current attendance data in the Learning Management System (LMS). After partnering with human resources to create an on-boarding website, I expanded the site to include a manager on-boarding site with innovative content and eLearning modules as a precursor of the current leadership program. I led a project that began with a companywide needs assessment, led to the development, design, and implementation of three professional development classes for corporate and field employees, and included the evaluation and use of this content at senior leader and team off-sites. Management of the hallmark outdoor experiential programs created opportunities to work with vendors who leveraged martial arts to successfully connect employees with the values of the organization, and used climbing and repelling experiences in the majestic canyons of Utah to develop change leadership skills with an emphasis on self-awareness and team-building during times of intense organizational change.       In my role at Medtronic Cardiovascular as Global L&D Consultant I was program manager of a seminar series on innovation that brought in thought leaders from top-tier institutions in the fields of bioengineering and medicine.
