I had the privilege to manage Kim as the National New Business Development Manager at Emerald. She was charged with launching CBD and wellness as two vital growth categories at Emerald across multiple brands. Kim has been able to successfully bring in new business, grow existing key accounts and develop strategic plans around these categories. Even during COVID, Kim was able to perform to exceedingly high standards surpassing goals and expectations. Kim's main attributes include creativity, building relationships through both logic and persuasion and always exceeding goals. She is a pleasure to work with. For example, Kim is eager for feedback.
