I had the pleasure of working with Kim recently for a wonderful initiative funded by the state government: Women in Leadership. Kim was very approachable, open-minded and at the forefront of leadership capabilities. After giving Kim a small brief of what I wanted she was able to expand on my ideas and create a program that catered to all the women at Richmond Valley Council and created a course: Women in the Workplace. Due to my own schedule I had very little interaction with Kim prior to facilitation day however she gave me regular updates and sent through the content when she said she would. Kim prepared and delivered a fantastic workshop based on accountability, emotional intelligence, resilience and individual experience. Kim designed, developed and delivered tailored content that all productive self and people leaders require for ongoing personal and professional development. The material delivered was totally new to my staff and the feedback I received was extremely positive, if I were to summarise, the women left the sessions feeling empowered and engaged. Two qualities that every employer wants their staff to experience. On a personal level many of my staff commented on Kim’s excellent facilitation and ability to quickly break down barriers and have people feeling comfortable to share. I will definitely be working with Kim on future projects. If you are looking for an energetic, innovative and approachable person that delivers fantastic content in an digestible way, I can not recommend Kim enough.

Mindful Employer helps organisations to create a safe and supportive workplace culture. We spend a lot of time at work, up to 90,000 hours over our lifetime! So it's easy to see why providing the skills and strategies to look after both our physical and mental health at work is so important. A strategic approach to managing mental health in the workplace is a pro-active one. It takes an honest look at where the business is at now, identifies gaps and determines what is needed to promote and support good mental health at work. That's where Mindful Employer fits in. We are workplace mental health specialists, providing training to staff and leaders across Australia.

Foxtel is one of Australia’s most progressive media companies. Foxtel entertains over 7 million Australians every day through subscription TV and directly employ 3,312 employees. Foxtel’s cable, satellite and broadband distribution networks span metro and regional areas. Foxtel’s HQ is in North Ryde and Foxtel’s customers are looked after by two Customer Solutions Centres based in Moonee Ponds - Melbourne and Robina - Gold Coast. I worked in the Organisational Development team designing and delivering a range of development opportunities to support the growth of Foxtel's Culture. Employee Engagement was increased through raising awareness of the company values and focussing on building the leadership capability, soft skills and team effectiveness.
