      My role as WA Training manager for WA is interesting and diverse, currently training across three areas including Wangara, Canning Vale and Bunbury; teaching induction training into Safe Places for new employees, Case Manager Training, Senior Youth Worker Training and Therapeutic Intervention Training (TCI) as well as Cert IV in Children, Youth and Family Intervention.

      My role as Parenting Coordinator for Meerilinga Young Foundation South Metro is interesting and diverse. Specialising in Parenting Education and Community Liaison my position requires me to work with families and professionals and volunteers from all walks of life. I facilitate evidenced based and evidenced informed parenting programs with a focus on attachment and emotional coaching theories through both individual consultations, groups and seminar series format including: Circle of Security Parenting, Tuning into Kids, 123 Magic and Emotional Coaching, Tuning into Teens and Tweens to Teens.I have forged strong links with in the local community and I am involved in a number of Community initiatives including Connecting Community for Kids – design to improve the lives of children 0-8 years. My role also requires me to identify gaps within the community and engage with local organisation to help address the needs of the parents and families. In additon to this I Coordinator, train and support our amazing volunteers who dedicated their time to provide short term to support to our families and help with our supported playgroups and programs. I have excellent communications skills (written and oral), the ability to work with a wide variety of people, strong organizational skills and love new challenges.
