As my previous manager, Kim was always supportive of me early in my career and contributed to my growth. During my time working in her team Kim coached me through conflict resolutions, team work, team building as well as the ins and the outs of the overall business operations which included finance, scheduling, partnership building and supporting staff and students. Kim set an example to me especially through COVID as she was able to really lead our team and motivate us all through adversity. Our team flourished because of Kim’s ability to always be transparent and encouraging. Kim was very supportive of personal and professional development and was one of the reasons I was able to grow through my career in such a short time span. Kim is able to think on her feet at any given situation and come up with resolution options. Kim is a strong advocate and will always support what’s right. It would be a privilege to work with Kim again.
