I’ve had the pleasure of working with a manager that was both, my mentor and friend, for almost 15 years. Kim is the ultimate Professional and HR Guru. Her vast knowledge of HR topics, her experience in dealing with various employment situations in stressful environments and her overall understanding of Corporate requirements made her the go-to person at PGi. Her training and facilitation skills are top notch! As a manager, she coached, mentored and provided guidance. She always had the team’s best interest at heart and would go to battle for each one if needed. Corporate leaders relied on her expertise and guidance. Her reputation within the Company was beyond reproach. I truly miss working with Kim and highly recommend her to any organization.
