Located on-site for large complex Platinum LEED commercial building project, and charged daily with coordinating M&E building systems and various subcontractors’ requirements. - Liaising directly with Architects, subcontractors, project managers and consultants to resolve M&E services coordination issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. - Leveraging people & relationship management skills to achieve coordination agreements among various stakeholders with conflicting priorities. - Developing an in-depth technical understanding of all building M&E systems specifications / drawings, and of their overall coordination. - Enabling the smooth process of translating design drawings to practical on-site installation, by deriving “blue-sky thinking” of design drawings to a pragmatic approach for actual installation under pressure. - Attending Client & Design progress meetings.
