During that time, Killian has perpetually demonstrated a strong eagerness to be involved in the various matters dealt with in Red Arrow Business Operations. He quickly built a good understanding of the various tasks he contributed to. Due to his business background, he had no issues comprehending management concepts and techniques. Killian could be relied upon communicating with internal and external stakeholders. From the start, he quickly assimilated into the team and was well received by his colleagues.
