  As a research intern, I reviewed and analyzed accepted data on intuitive eating, body image, and eating disorders. In conjunction with this, I put together relevant research regarding how eating disorders develop and what methodologies work best in preventing eating disorders. In addition, I worked to create a body image daily challenge series targeted at helping women better their body image over 21 days using evidence-based strategies. The final product was formatted as a workbook and was created using Canva. Currently, it is being made available as a free PDF for health care professionals, RDNs, and licensed therapists.
