Under limited supervision, the GECPS Coordinator:• Conducts detailed analysis of electronic submissions to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the Department’s business partners• Reviews business processes and work flow to ensure that processes and procedures comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, rules, and department policies.• Travels to conduct trainings and attend conferences.• Collaborates with end users, vendors and DDS Information Technology to investigate user problems and identify problem sources to determine possible solutions.• Supports end users by phone, email and face-to-face communication.• Provides onboarding, training, regular reporting to management, and on-going use and support.• Produces periodic operations reports, documents and updates internal and external procedures, and assists with special projects as needed.• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues effectively and efficiently• Provides appropriately detailed and timely follow-up support with end users.• Develops and delivers technical presentations to non-technical users.• Must possess outstanding verbal/written communication skills and highly developed competencies in customer service and interpersonal and analytical skills.
