I work at the main reception desk to answer phone calls, voicemails, emails, and directly transfer them to the appropriate nursing department. I also greet incoming students and faculty and help answer questions regarding the department. I also unpack packages and organize the office. I also work at the student lounge desk by answering phone calls and directing students and visitors.
