Graphic Designer

By creating social media posts for several different companies, I worked under my mentor to create promotional videos and social media graphics, among other posts depending on the brand design guide for each company. I wrote captions for each post, including all “calls to action.” I also analyzed many different articles to paraphrase the information within the captions. This position is entirely remote, so I have time set aside each and every day where I focus solely on my duties for Bowe Digital. Show less

As a full-time remote employee, I begin each day with a routine that helps me maintain high-quality customer care throughout my shift. I work for Continuum Global Solutions, a remote call center that collaborates with various companies to ensure their customers receive the best support experience when calling in. My employment contract is with Verizon Wireless, where I handle an average of 30 calls per day. These calls cover a range of issues, from troubleshooting device malfunctions to breaking down customers' bills. Occasionally, I receive calls from frustrated customers, but what I enjoy most about this position is being able to relate to each customer in a way that helps them breathe and look at different perspectives, regardless of their level of frustration, before they call in. I am quick with a keyboard, as I must make notes on customers' accounts while simultaneously talking or listening to them. Since starting this position, I have received 100% positive feedback in customer surveys. Show less

Assistant Site Manager

May 2019 - Jun 2020
I worked at a site with only one other employee, my manager. My duties included administrative work and facility maintenance. Since the facility was quite large, I often drove to complete small projects. I was responsible for handling and filing insurance paperwork for each tenant, as well as creating competitor tracking sheets to evaluate nearby competition. Additionally, I regularly lifted up to 50 lbs. on-site while keeping the area organized. I also set up leases for new tenants and managed the auction process for those who didn't pay their fees. Flexibility was key in this position. Show less
