  As Team Leader for IFDS it is my responsibility to ensure that performance, SLA’s and KPI’s are met for a team of 20 associates. This is in an inbound contact center environment and I would be working closely with the management and Senior management teams to ensure that I achieve this. I always seek to be fully aware of any internal and external changes amongst the financial sector by performing daily analysis of markets and indices as well as liaising with the Head Office departments of the key clients we offer our services to. I perform regular 1 2 1 objective’s with the associates on my team, which includes: • Feedback on the months objectives • SLA / KPI feedback • Information on any changes • Career aspiration goals • Any challenges that they may have I have undergone advanced financial, professional and corporate training and am fully conversant in all aspects of the role. The training courses I have undertaken include: • Treating Customers Fairly • Financial Crime Prevention • Data Protection • Complaints Awareness • Financial Conduct Authority Regulations. • People Management courses The Training I have undertaken has made me commercially aware of Unit Trust’s, OEIC’s, Investment Trust funds and ISA’s I have been given the opportunities to run team meetings, which have included creating presentations, providing accurate and reliable information to my colleagues, which I feel is important for them to know and understand to assist them when dealing with queries which relate back to this. Within my role I have had the opportunity to liaise with several different departments / companies, which has developed my understanding on: Settlement processes, Cash Management, Reconciliations, Data Analytics and compliance.
