Debra Kitsell
I had the privilege of working with Kieran where he took hold of a struggling warehouse and distribution centre and turned it around, implementing procedures and structure and motivating staff performance to smash client KPI's. Kieran is a natural leader and influencer who led by example, never shy of getting stuck in to make sure a job was done correctly and always empowering his team to find ways to improve efficiencies. It was great to work with Kieran in a very tough environment, to learn from him and have him listen to and engage with ideas from the wider team.

Kieran worked under extreme pressure to deliver the transition from multiple sites to a single, larger warehouse, during this time he was responsible for the design of the warehouse layout to acquisition and installation of racking to fit, new processes and the purchase of machinery to improve efficiencies, whilst still having operational responsibility for the day to day running of the existing sites. New processes were initiated as part of the move, many of these required IT development, whilst Kieran was always the go to person for detailed knowledge of the requirements, he was always open considering alternative solutions and ideas. He even became a nab-hand at writing requirements documentation and test plans. Kieran was, from the first moment I met him, an easy person to get on with. His appropriate use of humour diffused many tense situations and I would jump at the chance to work with him again.
