Kieran and I collaborated quite frequently, when it came to understanding customer acquisition and retention during our time together at Mednow. Kieran was able to visualize financial projections, working closely with Mednow’s leadership while maintaining transparency and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Working through our IPO which raised $37 million, Kieran also juggled the startup lifestyle by wearing multiple hats for the business. He stepped out of his role doing some of the first deliveries to our customers showing his customer first approach in everything he did. Kieran will be an asset to any team he’s part off.

      • Through research of over 600 Canadian franchises spanning over 40 industries we developed an extensive risk-tiered framework that acted as a ‘catchall’ for non-specific franchises. This was done by performing a quantitative and qualitative analysis based on several different risk factors. • Utilized problem-solving skills to create a complementary framework to help mitigate risk when lending to potential franchisees. This was accomplished by (1) Understanding Risk: identifying different market specific and macroeconomic credit risk drivers (2) Risk Positioning: developing different “realistic” and “extreme scenarios” and conducting stress testing on credit and portfolio risk components (3) Anticipate New Risk: by identifying early warning indicators as well as safeguards against foreseeable risk and (4) Risk Mitigation: established a two year implementation plan as well as applied a DuPont Analysis as a monitoring device. • As project coordinator; acted as team leader, was the first point of contact with our client, oversaw projects, and enforced roles & timelines.
