  I work as a Business Support Analyst at Uniphar whose role is to support the Key Account Managers (or KAMs) who work on the Pre-Wholesale division of the Business called Allphar. I am part of a 5-person team assisting our KAMs & clients whenever they need it. The responsibilities include handling of our client’s reports & queries, the management of the company’s Master Data as well as other kinds of additional miscellaneous tasks that were given to us at the request of our clients. Initially this team was much smaller with our aim mainly geared towards offering additional support within our department but also being available to assist other parts of the business when needed. Currently our team now oversees nearly every project on our side of the business and is a driving force when it comes to achieving the goals set by the company. Due to my experience of working in almost every part of the business, alongside the large amount of knowledge I have accrued in my time here, I have primarily been the lead in all the recent projects over the past two years. I have proudly achieved every deadline set out to me in this time and have now completed near to 50 projects within the last two years and continue to achieve this consistency without fail. The workload for this role is vast and ever changing. Our department is unique in this distribution business as we are a smaller entity which needs to operate in union with all other departments requiring vast amounts of knowledge to navigate without issue. Due to my exposure over the years I have been able to make myself a valuable asset to the company generating a much-deserved rapport across the business both with our clients and other department heads enabling me to resolve a wide variety of issues at the drop of a hat.
