As project leader, I led a team of 3 to help solve several complex business issues that our client had. The client assigned to our group was a start-up known as Demo:U, whose objective is to better prepare graduates for the job application process. Our client was very pleased with the work we completed and included market research, coming up with inventive marketing ideas, and helping to implement the idea through different tasks delegated by the client. Enactus is a social enterprise and a non-profit organisation.I run the both the Hartley Treasure Hunt and the Gap&Go projects.My main responsibilities include pursuing business opportunities and contacting businesses in order to form partnerships. We advertise for them using social media in return for a small fee with goes towards funding the other innovative Enactus projects, both national and international.
