  I provide training and deliver accredited courses to a variety of people of all ages and backgrounds. I undertake coaching sessions for schools, colleges and rugby clubs in the Copeland area as well as local/district and county rugby events. Strategic planning is a key part of the job, it is important at the start of the year to plan thoroughly to keep in line with RFU and personal goals. My role also requires innovative thinking for new ways to promote and raise awareness of RFU; this can include delivering courses, advertisement and recruitment. Other important aspects of the role include stakeholder communication, administration, health and safety and risk mitigation.
