On a very busy night for our restaurant, and just before evening service, our oven broke down. Frantic calls to equipment hire companies, and Kieran was the only one who picked up the phone. He supplied an oven at the very last minute to our kitchen in November 2013. It was a request made very late in the day and all his staff had left for the day. Kieran managed to get one of his lads back in to deliver it to us and saved us from having to run a very limited food choice service. Well done to Kieran and his team
