Having completed a diploma at UCC in 1993, I was lucky enough to immediately source work in this field. This led to the establishment of Health & Safety Services (the predecessor to our re-brand to Ayrton Group in 2016) the same year, at a time when the Irish workplace was just beginning to learn about the requisites of the 1989 Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act. This has developed into a thriving business, which has remained to the forefront of consultancy provision, staff placement & excellent training both in Ireland & abroad. Show less

I established HSS (the predecessor to Ayrton Group) in 1993 & have since built it, with the assistance of a super Team, to Ireland's premier professional training, placement & consultancy provider, across a broad range of services. Personally, during the past 29 years, I have worked, trained & consulted in most areas & spheres of the workplace & have thus built up a wealth of knowledge. In October 2016, as part of our ongoing expansion, HSS rebranded to Ayrton Group, as well as announcing an additional 60 new jobs- onwards & upwards on our success. Since then, we have far surpassed the 60 new jobs target. We continue to grow Ayrton Group around our culture of hard work & dedication to providing the best possible experiences for our Clients & our Team. Show less
