At Lovehoney I work in a fast-paced industry leading global business. Working for the data insights team, within the marketing department, we provide customer insights and analysis of data trends of sales, customer demographics, traffic/sales mediums and geographical data amongst others.My responsibilities include: Reacting to data requests from a large range of business teams using data sources such as the SQL data warehouse, excel files and Google Analytics.Designing and developing data dashboards using Tableau to showcase impactful data insights our team had discovered, or to empower stakeholders to find answers to their data needs.Analysing customer survey data from Smart Survey using R or alteryx to clean data.Working with stakeholders throughout the request process. From collecting their requirements, determining the best solutions to their problem then presenting the results back. Lovehoney requires working to tight deadlines under pressure due to the turnaround speed required for data results, especially around the exceptionally busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Valentines day.

As a BI analyst I used Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytic responsibilities alongside the Business Intelligence manager.
