  I work with retailers, technology and services businesses on strategic development, organisational change and business growth. I have worked on several start up organisations and major business turnaround projects. My work includes: - market assessment & business strategy development; - go-to-market planning and solution selling; - organisational design & managing change; - leadership mentoring. Project work • Shaped the creation of a new organisation after the merger of two international businesses owned by grocery retailers, this included re-branding, redefining the product strategy and product development roadmaps and creation of a new matrix based organizational structure. • Worked with Microsoft to revamp the product design and user experience of a retail product lifecyle management application, launched the new product and won several new business deals including Walmart c.$8m in the first year. Walmart became the clients largest customer. • Assessed market positioning of a business unit and developed a turnaround business strategy which prevented it from going under and transforming the fortunes of the business in subsequent years. I was retained as MD during business turnaround and secured two successful years of growth at 100% and 90% respectively. Show less
