Whilst working with Kieran at Stirling Audi he was able to demonstrate experience in customer handling to a very prestigious level. I found him to be excellent at conflict resolution and demonstrated empathy where required. Kieran was not only engaged in the customer issues presented but was able to follow up on any tasks given by any management. A fantastic person and someone who I would gladly have in my team given the opportunity.

I first met Kieran in September 2017 when he was employed as a showroom host. He adapt very well to the role and the product and showed great ability in dealing with the public on all levels. He was keen to learn about the product and the various roles each member of the team had and was always on hand to help support and learn. He had a great thirst for knowledge and was a valuable member of the team. He is polite young man and I wish him every success in what ever path he chooses to follow. Regards Murray Simpson

Every Sunday and at other times as required.Having been placed on furlough at Stirling Audi at the start of the Covid pandemic, I sought a position in the grocery sector given the pressures supermarkets were under in supplying customers. This position involves many elements and carries with it great responsibilities to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently in order to maximise customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it has allowed a fantastic insight into how a top business operates right through the supply chain. In the home shopping department, duties involve:* ‘Picking’ groceries from the shop floor within a certain time frame* Organising the inventory to guarantee chill, frozen and ambient items are stored in their correct locations* Taking out customer groceries to the ‘drive-thru’* Pre-planning the delivery drivers’ schedule (who will deliver to where and when / who will drive which van)* Helping drivers load their vans and making sure they leave on time* Setting up the back-up for the following day

Every Sunday and at other times as required. Responsible for all points of customer contact either face to face or by telephone. * Required a level of autonomy to deal with customer issues, ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. * Liaised with Management and showroom staff to ensure that all face-to-face customer enquiries were handled promptly and efficiently * Proactively sought involvement in other parts of the business – sales and service, administration, transportation and accounts – giving a full understanding of how a business operates.
