  Fundamental Labor Strategies is a company that works to find solutions for our customers and their driver needs. Fundamental makes the match between these customers and drivers to transport and deliver product across the East Coast. I work heavily with the risk management, operations, and marketing departments to complete a variety of tasks. I verify previous employment for potential drivers, as well as communicate with companies we work with about their insurance, required documents, and damage control. I assist with the Accounting department coding related invoices. In the marketing department, I assist in editing the company website to help make it more appealing to potential drivers applying, as well as potential companies wanting to employ our services. I look at GA4 analytics to assist in making contributions to the website that stand out to both the customer and driver demographics we are targeting in our niche. Show less
