Marta joined our team to work on one of the most challenging projects we had taken on over the last 5 years - rebuilding an already established investment platform used by some of the most demanding investors in continental Europe. Marta implemented new testing and research approaches that led us to uncover new ways to improve some of our core functionality and made the switch to our new UI painless for thousands of our long-term customers. Together, we were working on developing a large scale design system that gradually replaced our legacy UI in the main customer channel. Marta put high effort in ensuring the components are accessible, fit well into the brand guidelines as well as are easy to use by designers and developers alike. Marta also did user research which resulted in multiple innovative conceptual ideas which were taken in the product roadmap.
