  This is a part-time position. It requires daily co-ordination of all sports teams within the school. I have the responsibility of managing both hockey and football teams. I am tasked with co- ordination of all sports events - weekly matches, inter-schools tournaments etc. It requires a creating lesson plans for weekly training sessions and managing teams - especially taking note of talent and commitment as we draw up teams on a weekly basis. We do this so that each player may not get too comfortable with making a specific team and so that they constantly seek improvement of their skills and see window for both opportunity and reward for hard work.
