Mr. Jones is one of the rare ones. His fierce passion, dedication and commitment are truly undeniable. I have personal seen Jones reorganize a team and very gracefully and professional deal with all that comes with that. Holding people accountable, truly accountable is no easy task. It is tiring; consistency is key and Mr. Jones is consistent. His expectations are always made very clear and organizational skills are top notch. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kiai Jones for almost 10 years as a fellow administrator for the Paterson Public Schools. He is easily one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated educators that I’ve ever worked with. I consider Kiai an expert in Special Education and related services and often refer to him when faced with issues in these areas. When our district faced issues with accountability in related services, it was Kiai Jones who did much of the work to right the ship. Kiai Jones is an excellent leader and he knows how to effectively work with teachers and therapists to maximize their effort and potential. To conclude, Kiai Jones is an extremely dedicated and hard working educator. His thoroughness and attention to detail is second to none. It has been a pleasure to work with Kiai and call him my colleague.
