  In this job role, I was the office administrator for a care home, and I dealt with all administrative duties of the home such as taking minutes of meetings, filing, shredding, making bookings etc. I ensured that all staff annual leave and sickness was actioned and recorded on efficient spreadsheets. I also maintained all other records of the home to a high standard, this included all residential admissions, spreadsheets, visitors and archived documents. Also, I was the first point of contact for the home via telephone and email. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic - I had been placed in charge of weekly staff covid testing and monthly covid testing for the residents. I was required to keep a record on all tests, register all tests online, and to ensure all tests were completed on time for each employee/resident.
