I throughout enjoyed working with Kia both at Bristol SU and The SU Bath. She is highly organised and articulate. She has brilliant customer service skills and stays calm under pressure. She's highly skilled at working with a wide range of people and building constructive relationships, which was particularly apparent in her role at The SU Bath. Kia is always smiling which and helps to lift the spirits of those she works with.

My experience of working with Kia was one of absolute joy! Not only is she one of the kindest and bubbliest person I know, she's also incredibly organised, and brilliant at getting different people working together. Working as a customer facing role, her approach left all feeling like their queries were in good hands. She is a quick learner, and is keen to help others out and improve systems where she can. I know she will excel in her career, being incredibly sociable, and keen to take on extra opportunities and responsibilities. I would thoroughly recommend her.
