Proudly serving on the the Bay View High School Team. We help students get and remain on track to graduate by providing academic support, delivering behavior and attendance coaching, and encouraging student engagement to promote a positive school climate. We also serve as the bridge between students, parents/families, and school providing communication and balance between the three. My job in particular is supporting first Year ACMs, coaching them and preparing them for the classrooms. Proudly serving on the the Bay View High School Team. Through the Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER), I participated in a Community Based Participatory Action Research project that focused on HMoob American College students and their experiences. Summer Intern
-
Jun 2014 - Aug 2014
As a paid intern under management, my duty was to shadow a professional and assist young children, ages 4 to 10 in activities that would improve holistic skills. The main tasks were to create activity plans for the day/week. This included reading time, STEM exploration, art/creative activities, and physical activities. In this experience, I worked with a team of other interns to develop and execute these plans. We all worked with children over the summer, discovering how to enrich the youth… Show more As a paid intern under management, my duty was to shadow a professional and assist young children, ages 4 to 10 in activities that would improve holistic skills.
