  Currently unemployed. Now a retired citizen, but would like to get back in the career business of working with adults/juveniles who are in corrections. Being an AVP Facilitator I recognize there are men/women who want to make a positive change in their life, but the biggest challenge for them is returning back to their community/peers where they encounter obstacles interfering with their new outlook of making a positive change in their life.
