I had the pleasure of working with Khushi and her colleagues in creating a digital resource platform for families and service providers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to access critical resources on housing, public benefits, advocacy and planning. Throughout the project, I was impressed with the team’s acute assessment of users’ needs based on their detailed research, analysis and empathy. I was also impressed with their aptitude for high-quality and accessible design for all types of users. Their finished product is a beautiful user-friendly digital platform that has turned a web of complex materials into a streamlined hub of resources that will help many people to navigate the complex world of I/DD with much more ease and clarity. They went above and beyond our expectations in all aspects of the design, delivery and implementation!
