As the Outreach Director for Niti Dialogue'23, an International Interdisciplinary Policy Webinar with six notable speakers from diverse fields and a special focus on public policy at St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, my responsibilities included: • Defining the intent of the event and communicating it effectively to the target audience. • Developing and executing a comprehensive outreach strategy to reach out to students and encourage their participation in the event. • Creating and disseminating event-related content, including social media posts, posters, and email invitations. • Coordinating with the college administration and faculty to ensure maximum visibility of the event and their support in promoting the same. • Designing and managing registration forms, ensuring seamless registration of participants, and maintaining accurate and updated databases. • Assisting in the development of the event program, working closely with the organizing committee, and ensuring that the program runs smoothly and on schedule. • Collaborating with the event team to resolve any operational issues that may arise during the event. • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the outreach strategy and providing feedback for future improvements.
