      Worked with the CRS sub-office in Besham in implementation of flood response shelter, water & infra, school and MHP (Micro Hydro Power) projects in Shangla and Kohistan. This includes community mobilization and sensitization, water, sanitation and hygiene promotion, distributions project supplies, partner monitoring and project monitoring, project support in beneficiary selection and registration, monitoring and evaluation of project activities, coordination, and reporting.  Mobilize and sensitize communities on key project strategies to ensure community ownership of projects  Work closely with Technical Team in the implementation of key project components at the community levels  Coordinate and lead the R&R, O&M and CMST(committee management skill training) training of community-based agents in the implementation of Project activities  Support Beneficiaries, community members, stake holders and IPs meetings during project implementation and monitoring  Provide regular feedback to PO and PM, (Committee and Community), implementing partners and ensure proper project tracking, record keeping as well as field level documentation of project activities  Compile project reports highlighting project impact against indicators.  As being the field staff, liaise with project staff partner staff document and share lessons learned, experience and human interest stories related to project activities.  Identify opportunities for new initiatives based in the indigenous knowledge of the communities and prepare concept note/ proposals as required  Conduct any other programming responsibility delegated by the Program Manager.
