  Learning the operation of Honeywell distributed control system.Operate and maintain;Methanol Plant (3000 TPD)• A Foster Wheeler reformer with 960 catalyst tubes and 378 burners.• Synthesis unit including two Dresser Rand compressors and a gas cooled methanol converter.• Distillation columns and intermediate storage tanks and two industrial scale water chillers.• An SNCR unit to minimize the NOx emissions from flue gases.Carbon Dioxide Recovery Unit (500 TPD)• Flue gas quencher, KS-1 (Amine) absorber, regenerator, reclaimer, four staged integrally geared CO2 gas compressor, steam turbine and cooling tower.Utilities:• Two Foster Wheeler 42 bar steam boilers with MCR of 138 TPH.• Water demineralization system, closed cooling water system, seawater system, firewater system, waste water treatment systems & eye wash / safety wash system.• Nitrogen generation package, instrument air package, product storage, hypo-chlorination unit, flare unit as well as tanker and ship loading facility.Commissioned a Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) unit to minimize the emissions of oxides of Nitrogen from flue gases.
