Experience Managing the recreation departments Before and After School Program for 5 years. Worked with youth population and parents for 10 years. Spent 2 years working at the city's teen center where i conducted 2 programs for adolescences (baby think it over and Venus). Baby think it over was a program designed for adolescents to be informed on the hardships of becoming a teen parent. through out conducting this group for the youth I arranged guest speakers such as planned parent hood to present on STD's, YWCA to present on Domestic Violence, and a teen parent to give a prospect on he reality of becoming a teen parent. The other group I was able to conduct was an adolescences girls support group called Venus where hot topics where discussed and fun activities to keep the girls involved with the community.
