KHiM SOK HENG was decreed as an advisor for Ministry of Labour & Vocational Training by His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia. He is now on the way to a global and XD Leadership.In August 20, 2018, H.E. was certified by NAR from US as International Property Specialist (CIPS).He has earned his degrees in International Relations (IRs), Human Resources Development and Educational Science. In addition, he was trained, coached and mentored by worldwide renowned experts such as an Australian human development specialist, Japanese expert in Japanese’s philosophy, innovation, management & leadership and a German Global Business Coach. Through these experts, he is able to equip with the knowledge, skills, know-how and tools to inspire different walk of life. One of his passions is the transformation of a new perception for generation Y and Z to develop themselves to impact and be an attractive and productive citizen in the community and society.
