Debi Phillpott, PMP
Kheng Joo has the unique mix of extensive technical experience and the ability to understand and communicate these concepts. As an employee, he is focused, self-driven and most importantly, he truly cares about his work, the customer and the company. I worked with him for three years at Ultramain and for one of those I was his direct supervisor. During that time, we were implementing major organizational changes.
