My master thesis (Nutritional Sciences, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, 2007– 2009) revealed the role of cell wall proteins and neutral sugars as one of the key determinants of the cell wall strength and quality of fruits. Texture analyzer, gas chromatography, and spectrophotometer were the major instruments used for master thesis research. My master thesis (Nutritional Sciences, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, 2007– 2009) revealed the role of cell wall proteins and neutral sugars as one of the key determinants of the cell wall strength and quality of fruits.
