Raja was the first person at the customer services team whom I met on my first day at DHL. I had immediately noticed that he was a team player but also had all the qualities of an individual who can lead a team by example. This is purely because of his pleasant attitude towards dealing with both people and situations. His professionalism of work has always been intact with his communication in speech and writing within all levels of management both international and domestic. His skill to understand the customer needs as from the beginning of a call and ensure he delivers to the customers expectations was always his "decorum of performance". An amazing individual to work with and always a positive person.

I worked with Raja back in the DHL years as customer interface advisors in the call center. Raja was senior to me and I was lucky that we were sitting next to each other. I remember asking him for help with different tasks and he never hesitated to stop what he was doing to come and get me out of the knot I was in. He was confident in his job because he knew quite a lot about the systems and processes and he passed on that knowledge to me and to many other team members whenever the opportunity arises. Besides that, Raja was fun to be around and this made all the challenging situations at work seem more like learning curves and opportunities to shine rather than just stressful times. A reason why I kept our relationship alive after all these years. It's not that easy to describe a person's skills and contributions to the success of others by means of words only and I feel that no matter how hard I try I will never give him justice.
