I have had the pleasure of working with Kharis closely over the last couple of years in our roles with the 100 Black Men of Jacksonville. He has constantly exhibited a desire to serve the community and deliver results. He has been a driving force in implementing many successful projects with the J100. He is a great example of a business owner who understands the responsibility that we all have to give back to the communities that we live in.

Kharis has been a member of the 100 Black Men of Jacksonville for more than two years and has demonstrated a work-bee mindset that is unheralded. He was appointed to the position of chairman of the events committee two years ago and has taken that committee to a level of excellence and accountability that has made us all proud. His leadership is demonstrated outside the scope of his area of responsibility in all of our meetings, and others look to him for advice and leadership.
