  I started my internship in the Operations department. In this department my tasks were cash and non –cash transactions and operations on deposits. I had the opportunity to work with individual customers and organizations. During my internship in this department, I had to prepare a report about the deposit portfolios of the clients; I gave my best and finished this project successfully and on time. On 6th of December 2014, I started working in the Loan department. It was quite a challenging task. I was doing operations related to risk management, credit analyses and credit payments. Until the end of my internship in this department, I had to prepare a brief summary of outstanding balances failing due. With the help of my supervisor I finished this project successfully. On January 2015, my internship in VIP department started. I learned a lot of new and useful information about Wealth Management and consulting. Additionally, I participated in organising an event for VIP clients.
