Being one team with Khanh gives us assurances that our back-end application will be taken care by a trustworthy hand. Giving example on Virgin Mobile’s My Account redesign, Khanh worked tirelessly to ensure back-end language migration ran smoothly. He handled his piece of work diligently and responsibly, giving very high standard as he always does in other projects. He also loves sharing his knowledge and mentor other developers. His eyes for details safes us to not be swayed apart from guidelines and best practices. Outside his dev hat, he is an easy-going, humorous and kind-hearted person. He is a person we can get along and collaborate with and will contribute greatly to any companies through his exceptional skills.

Khanh is a remarkably talented, enthusiastic and highly competent individual with a strong proficiency in a broad range of web development technologies, in particular Microsoft's C#.NET, SQL Server and Team Foundation Server. I've had the privilege of working with Khanh for 7 years and during this time have seen a person who is passionate, dependable, and who cares deeply about the company's brand and its customers. Khanh demonstrates a wonderful mix of raw talent and skills, which together with his delightfully cheeky sense of humour, makes him a true asset to any team. Khanh keeps himself up to date with relevant technologies, learns fast and delivers impressive quality results. He applies initiative, thinks outside the box, codes with quality and brings improvements to team processes, and can be counted on to perform beyond expectations. If you are looking for someone for a senior role who is committed, works fast without compromise on quality, cares for your business and its customers, brings fun to your team, then I can wholeheartedly recommend Khanh to you.
