I was accountable for validating data between ODS and Data warehouse, designing and building small utilities for the Data Analytics Team using Python and SQL database, cleaning datasets for further use in AWS, and creating interactive dashboards using Tableau. I was responsible for constructing and teaching a 2-month Python for Data Analytics course (Beginner) for the IT team. I also worked closely with the IT Manager and Database Team Manager during the time here. I joined the team without any practical experience with data analytics or data science. I faced many challenges as the IT team was lack of Python and data science skills. However, I have utilized my time to learn Database/SQL, R, Swift - the skillsets that my team were professional in - and apply Python into projects and introduce it to my co-workers. Show less
